Manuel Pellegrini lauded David Silva for his two goals in Manchester City’s 3-0 Barclays Premier League win over Crystal Palace that sent the champions level on points with Chelsea at the top of the table.
The midfielder struck twice in the second half on Saturday as the champions stretched their winning run to eight matches in all competitions and moved alongside leaders Chelsea, who play at Stoke City on Monday.
