Southampton coach Ronald Koeman bemoaned the errors his side made in their 3-0 defeat to 10-man Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday day.
The south shore team were just trailing by one target when the visitors had centreback Eliaquim Mangala sent off with still 15 minutes staying at St Mary’s.
